10 Obligations of the Employer
Offer a healthy work environment. Assistance of a health & safety service 104 weeks continue paying wages Frequent meetings with employee Offer suitable labor. Ensure a full reintegration file. If necessary assist in finding another suitable job. If necessary provide a treatment to speed up the reintegration.

11 Assessment: which questions you may ask ?
What does it mean for you work? Which possibilities in work do you have? Is it related to work? When will we have contact again? When do you expect to be able to restart work? How long do you except that the restrictions continue? Which other tasks at work can you perform? Shall we advice the occupational health physician?

12 Assessment: and which not?
What medication did you get? What treatment are you having? What is the doctors’ advice? What does this mean for your private life? Do you use your medications with potential side effects? Which physicians treat you? What is the diagnosis? Which disease are you suffering? No questions about the medical situation!

13 Labor dispute Is labor dispute a valid reason for calling in sick? NO!
Because there is no disease due to a medical reason. A short term problem solving conversation should be arranged. If necessary an appointment with the occupational health physician should be planned ASAP.
