3. About the project
The Foyle Hospices are doing a charity event, where they are trying to break the world record. According to Foyle Hospices the current record is 3,473 people and they want to beat it, by over 5,000 people, or around that number. The people who is taken part will be wearing a Christmas jumpers, however the film crew wont. There will also be other charities there such as Children in Crossfire, Concern Worldwide, Foyle Hospices etc. The funds that people donated will go towards them and other charities.
After this presentation if you want to take part, just give me your name and your . A week before I contact you and we will decide which time to be there at.

4. Date and location
The date will be Sunday 18th December, at Waterloo place. The event will start around 1:30pm , but We should arrive there before that time.
A week before the event I would contact you and we can agree on a time

5. Volunteers
I am looking for volunteers to film the event , many as possible. I am also looking for volunteers for this Friday to be in the video. The video will be filmed around the college, If anyone has any Christmas jumpers or hats bring them on Friday. If you have Christmas jumpers bring them or Christmas hat.

6. I will also be doing a meeting with the film crew, where we would talk about the project. I would also explained to the film crew, what is going to happen that day and where the film crew is going to be. I would also let you know what day is that is happing.
