I want you to think of three things you did over break that makes you feel prepared to take on the rest of the school year. Remember every now and then it is good to take some downtime to recuperate. Something Fun, Something Relaxing, and Something you learned

2. Setting the Benchmark We will learn how to work with an Index
You will try to find your own answers to the benchmark
We will go over the BM
We will preview the rest of the year
Bring in your New* composition notebook tomorrow so we can make sure we set it up right

3. Indicating the Index
Open your Social Studies Book to page 620 to go over the index
On your warm-up sheet for Monday and Tuesday I want you to write the ? number and figure out what page it would be on
If completed see if you got the right answers
We will now go over the benchmark test and see how you think you did

4. Going over the Benchmark
Don’t stress out about your score on this test
I think the test was fair but some things were not
While we are going over it, if you have questions just ask
