1 Moon and Earth By,Taylor, and Felize

2 Size of the Moon and Earth
The moon is 2,000 miles diameter. The earth 7926 miles long. The equator is 24901 miles long.

3 Landforms and Craters landforms and craters
the moon has a huge number of impact craters from comets and astroids. the landforms of the earth are valleys plateaus mountains plains hills loess glaciers Landforms and Craters landforms and craters

4 Gravity The earths Gravity is 6 times as strong as the moon.

5 Weather & atmosphere The moon has no atmosphere and no weather.
The earths atmosphere consists of 78% nitrogen,21% oxygen, and 1% of other elements.

6 Water The bodies cover nearly 70% of the earths surface.
There is no water on the moon but some scientist are still studying if there is water on the moon.

7 Weathering and Erosion
There is no weather or erosion on the moon. There is a lot of weathering and erosion on the earth, which causes big storms, like hurricanes, valcano eruptions, earth quakes, and many more.

8 Time To Rotate On Its Axis
takes the moon around the same length of time it takes It for it to orbit the earth. It take the moon 1 month to orbit the earth. The earths day is 24 hours long. It takes the earth 365 days to orbit the sun once.

9 Time To Revolve/Orbit Once
It takes the moon 29 ½ days to revolve around the earth once. The earth revolves or orbits around the sun every 365 days

10 Tides The moon causes many tides in earth oceans. This is because of gravity force between the earth and moon.

11 Seasons The earth’s tilt on its axis causes the seasons
