11. Coaching Points
MINDSET your players need to believe that this offense is UNSTOPPABLE and they take OWNERSHIP of it.
PERSONNEL they are the “baddest player on the field,” only the best most physical can be on the team. Best run blocker, best kick out blocker, best downhill runner.
ALIGNMENT OL foot to foot, FB aligns inside shade of and one yard behind the T.E. The FB is two to three feet behind the FB. RB is four to five yards in the “I” position.
Huddle after the play is called the offense SPRINTS to the L.O.S run the play on first sound. (This must be practiced repeatedly/set tempo.)

FB: Seal DE w/ assist from BB
BB: Assist in containing outside w/ FB
POG/POT: Pull as in JET SWEEP
QB: Toss to RB and pull
RB: Step laterally get outside .

BASIC RULES:
Trap first person outside of weak side T.E.
Keep the rule similar to your X-Toss now
FB aim inside of the pulling OT head up the hole
BB protect inside
RB “cheat up” step to the right. Sell inside handoff from QB. Get behind FB
QB Sell toss. Inside handoff. Boot .
