The ablation catheter is flexed so that the radio-opaque electrode (arrow) is apposed against the inferior wall of the renal artery. More distally, an indentation into the lumen of the artery is seen at the site of a previous ablation (arrowhead). This is a typical finding after ablation and represents tissue edema.
