2 Proverb to Ponder – A Text-Based Work by Banksy in Gaza

3 What is a civilized society?
Step One: Look at the definitions around the classroom. Pick TWO definitions that you either strongly agree or disagree with and write a response on the post-it notes provided where you connect your response with an event or character from Things Fall Apart. Place those post-it notes on the corresponding definitions around the room. Make sure your name is on it. Step Two: You will pick the definition and response that you had a strong connection with while writing and stand next to that definition. Each member of that group will discuss their post-it notes as well as read the remaining post-it notes. Summarize the discussion below in no less than four complete sentences that reflect the group members’ thoughts as well as your thoughts. Did your opinion change? Answer the self-reflection question on your own. Put this in the period basket after you finish and get out your TFA Final Project planning.
