For over 100 years now, the Balmy Beach Canoe Club (BBCC), has served Toronto, the Beach community and its amateur athlete members. Balmy Beach Canoe Club is a legend.

Jim Mossman, coached Canadas Olympic Canoe Team four times. Beach won the overall National Championship five times and many National gold medals in canoe and kayak sprint racing. 2005 Junior Ladies C4 Canadian Champions

The Clubs goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable, recreational and/or competitive environment, for members of all ages and abilities. Programs are designed to develop both the physical and mental strength of individual members while encouraging team and Club spirit.

Aspiring athletes – immediate access to year-round training facilities, – professional coaching, – friends and support in racing canoes and kayaks Summer sports camp for children ages 8 to 12 Dragon Boat challenge added in 2005 – Beach-Piranhas team – Renting boats to outside teams – Part of our « outreach program » in high schools
