ACEA WLTP EV statement:
Electric range at low temp should be only used for customer information
As driving and also parking conditions (Pre-heating e.g.) has a huge variety, the customer information of electric range shall be stated in a band showing min and max figures
For the purpose of customer information
testing on the chassis dyno at cold temperature seems not to be justified  Very high test burden and cost are not in balance with the added value for the customer
Simulation or correlation is an appropriate method to provide this Customer information
Support of the Japanese proposal to determine the specific temperature points based on assessment and statistical study
Criteria pollutants for OVC-HEVs shall be measured and checked under Charge-Sustaining Conditions
