9. TUCC Selection Process Current Availability PM prepares list of available players for ED, JC, GC by Tuesday night. Coaches Input PM & ED seek information from High Performance Coach, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Skills Coach, Assistant Coaches Captains input PM, ED, JC, GC and PM seek clarification from Captains about performance, roles played, team balance, opportunities, and more. Sat Sun Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Performance Availability Captains Coaches Selection Play Cricket Weekend games and/or other club activities. Players need to understand their role and play to their potential. Training Tuesday Players have done some self analysis and are aware of their opportunities for the week ahead. Training Thursday Players work on goals for the next game. Train in teams if possible so captains can develop roles for the game.
