Creating estimates: What are the current limitations and new concepts? Handing out the data: What data fields, formats, and distribution schemes do users want? Training users: How do we educate users about getting, understanding, and applying precipitation data? One key tool is the IPWG web site … how can it be more effective? Results of discussion: 1. Statements of facts (and who do we want to tell?) 2. IPWG plans (and who is tasked with the action?) 3.
