Intermediate adjustment for all staff triggered if movement of PPP >= 3% for six month 1. July-1. January If forecasted GSI < 0  take half of it into account Forecast GSI: -0.4% => -0.2% taken into account Joint Index June 2013 – December 2013: +0.7%  no adjustment for officials and pensioners in LU and BE
