Allow your husband to take the lead in providing direction for the family in areas he desires to lead.
Leaders delegate. Work out with him the responsibilities he would like you to take charge of.
Don’t undermine his efforts to lead by insisting on a different direction.
Allow him to cast the “tie-breaking vote” when the two of you are deadlocked in what you think is best.
Give him the benefits of your doubts in his decision-making.
