2. MIPI Phase 2 – Drivers Primary Driver Operational Stability.
Data and functionality migration from the current systems started under the MIPI07 project, and will lead to the decommissioning of the legacy system.
Secondary Drivers
The project enables National Grid to meet its ongoing licence and UNC obligations:
Robust platform for future changes related to the publication of market information and future regulatory requirements in the UK and Europe
Enables National Grid to meet Information provision targets/incentives
Support for legacy system is due to be withdrawn.
