On a piece of paper, review 5 brochures (topics different than what you chose for your brochure, one can be the same topic).
For each brochure reviewed, answer the following:
What was the specific liberty/right? Which amendment provides for this liberty/right?
How is the brochure promoting or opposing the liberty/right? Cite two examples from the brochure.
What did you learn or realize from viewing this brochure?
What is one question you have about this liberty/right after viewing the brochure?

Find a current news story or event (the month of October only!), in which rights are in conflict—either between two individuals, between an individual and society, or between an individual and the government. Write up the following to include w/ your article:
Briefly describe the situation
Identify the rights held by each side.
Using constitutional grounds (and references), whose rights should take priority? Explain why in detail.
