Interstate Circuit v. U.S. (1939) Why do they call this the “rimless wheel” case? O’Donnell put pressure on movie distributors to require 25 cent price on later runs of A movies and to not allow first run of A movies as part of double feature. What was O’Donnell’s purpose?
