Victim is between and actor is 4 years older or more

3. Aggravated Sexual Assault
Victim is under 13 years old, Victim is between the ages of 13 and 16 and you are a family member or have other control over them,
The act is committed during the commission of another crime (assault, murder, robbery, kidnapping, etc.)
The act is committed using a weapon or the threat of a weapon
Actor acts with assistance of someone else, using force, The victim is handicapped or in some way incapacitated

GHB- (Gamma Hydroxyl Butyric Acid) relaxation, drowsiness, dizziness, memory loss, unconsciousness
Rohypnol (Roofie)- memory loss, sleepiness, problems talking, confusion
Ketamine- hallucinations, loss of sense of time and identity, feeling of out of control, loss of coordination
**Alcohol can also be considered a date rape drug

Collection of blood, urine, hair and other body secretion samples.
•Photo documentation.
•Collection of the victim’s clothing, especially undergarments.
•Collection of any possible physical evidence that may have transferred onto the victim from the rape scene.
