1. Problems with Toll Point Position
1. This seems to be a fait accompli ?
2. Prospecton has only 2 exit and entry junctions on the N2
3. One of these will be tolled therefore channelling the majority of Prospecton traffic to the untolled on and offramps
The Prospecton Road and Joyner Road complexes are already heavily loaded with delivery vehicles and commuters

2. For Unilever , the Toll Points must move further south
4. Residents of Isipingo , Athlone Park and much of
Amanzimtoti will avoid the toll by using the Prospecton
on and offramps , putting further strain on the roads
5. The wear and tear on these roads is already excessive ,
and will be raised to unmanageable proportions .
6. Both the increase wear and tear and the congestion will
have a negative effect on industry in the area
7. The majority of our employees are resident to the south
of Prospecton and will suffer increased travelling costs
For Unilever , the Toll Points must move further south
