3. Responses to comments received
Some dyno speed signals can also have negative values;
They should be corrected to 0 before using them for distance and average speed calculations
The JRC distance calculation is based on actual speed;
The average speed shall be used for distance calculation in order to be in line with GTR#15
The JRC use energy (kWs) instead of power (kW) for Veline determination;
That is also corrected for consistency reasons

4. Responses to comments received
Dyno and OBD vehicle speed profiles are different and result in different corrections;
Dyno speed profile shall be used and not OBD since it is more accurate than OBD and aligned with CO2 results;
When comparing correction results of 1Hz and 10Hz speed profile for the same test results are slightly different;
That is correct and therefore we should agree to use always 10Hz dyno speed profiles (as required for drive indexes). 10Hz profile will give us better insight into driving behaviour during the test.

5. Further alignment with TNO report
JRC used only positive power for the calculation of actual and target power and for correction;
Instead, in TNO report is used power that is higher than “P_Overrun” (power at zero fuel flow).

The opposite correction is overestimated
