The siRNA sequences with p< and p<0.05 are shown in red and blue, respectively. Those sequences with FDR p ≥0.05, which are expressed at higher levels (≥5 RPM) and are regulated at least 2 fold changes, are shown in orange, while the siRNA sequences with FDR p ≥0.05, which are not expressed at higher levels (< 5RPM) or are not regulated less 2 fold changes, are shown in green.
