Signed Contract/Agreement
Most employers require the employees to sign a contract stating that they understand the rules and consequences for using the company’s computer
Some companies require the employees to sign this agreement once a year at their performance reviews
These contracts are legal and binding and can be used in the court of law in the event of a lawsuit or legal actions
