Wide range of dynamic link rates:
For data rate of 100 kbps to 500Mbps
Infrastructureless n-to-m communications
High Precision localization
Fast association (particularly in mobile envir.)

4. PHY Features Dynamic link rates:
Data rate for discovery and sensing/actuation : 100kbps-10Mbps
Data rate for data transmission: 5-500Mbps
Discovery and short data transmission range of hundreds of meters
Data transmission range of 30 meters
