- Opportunities exist for transportation projects to improve access to the stop along Crenshaw Blvd.

Existing Issues with transit use: reliability, congestion, access to community resources

Density Exists at the beginning and end of the corridor
There exists opportunity for density increases near the Expo Line Stop.

This will serve as the initial target population for the proposed shuttle service, with new riders emerging as density increases with time (due to Expo Line).

- The Shuttle will run at 15 minute headways on weekdays and 30 minutes on weekends
- Fares of $.25 will be equitable to transit dependent target group
