Summary
Initial work on Par & 5 Criteria resulted in recommending that the WG:
Use existing TGm mechanism (vs new TG) to add primarily informative APF text into IEEE standard.
Form APF AHC as vehicle to create APF text
WG Motion Approved at Wednesday Plenary
Volunteers identified to begin work on AP functionality component text
