8 ALTREN LLC - Wind Energy in the Russian Federation
In the territory of the Russian Federation there are several high readiness sites for wind farms The wind analysis was conducted in Wind measurements are conducting Up to 3 GW potential capacity ALTREN is discussing with customers and operators the possibility to lunch development of those sites, but the first and priority task determined is the creation of Wind Energy Cluster in Ulyanovsk. Dongfang Electric Wind is the supplier of WTGs for 1st Wind Energy project in Ulyanovsk – wind farm 35 MW The key mechanism for implementing renewable energy projects is capacity purchase agreement (CPA) To be signed between generating companies and financial control center of the Wholesale Electricity Market Takes an obligation to set in operation generating capacities with specified characteristics within the established time Guaranteed purchase of electrical power under contracts for 15 years, providing 100% coverage of the capital and operating costs CPA investment scheme is successfully utilized by major players of the generating market Local content requirements should be done Volumes of wind energy CPA: Government Decree №1472 of requires commissioning of 3.35 GW wind generation by MW per year. Investments – RUB 500 B (€ 8 B)

9 Wind measurement on Ulyanovsk sites is conducting from November 2016
Wind Farm Financial Conditions and Key proposal Wind measurement on Ulyanovsk sites is conducting from November 2016 Key proposal: To create local manufacturing of WTG components with together with DEC (JV is the most suitable variant) To attract China investment founds for financing of wind energy project in Russia and CIS Ulyanovsk region government is planning to increase wind farm capacity to 600 MW by 2024 ALTREN negotiates the localization of WTG with DEC CPA mechanism - ROI guaranteed on construction of farms: Capital investments return – *К rub. per 1 KW of installed capacity (K-currency adjustment factor to account for constantly changing exchange rates between dollar (euro) and ruble for non-localized components.) Now this figure is rub. per 1 KW of installed capacity for current exchanging rate Fixed costs return – 1,729 rub. per 1 KW of installed capacity Sale of generated electricity on the wholesale market at current rate Basic minimum rate of return – 12% + additional discount about 9% Capacity factor of wind farm should be not less than 27% Local content split: Blades -18% Generator – 15% Towers – 13% Surveying and engineering – 7% Electric assembling – 7% Assembling – 7% Requirements for local content: 2016 – 25% 2017 – 40% 2018 – 55% – 65% Contact: +7 (8422) (ext. 48) 9 44th Inzhenerny proyezd, Ulyanovsk, Russia LLC "Altren"

11 EFFICIENT NANOTECH HEAT INSULATION
Exceptional energy saving effects thanks to ceramic hollow (vacuum) microspheres contained therein. Microscopic particles form the basis of heat insulation creating a thick barrier and reflect heat energy without absorbing it as other conventional heat insulation materials. Water-proofing (water proof – moisture penetration not more than 0.03g/cm3). Corrosion protection (prevents formation of condensate and protects from rust). Noise insulation (1 mm of coating reduces noise level by 2dB). Fire safety (does not conduct electricity, does not sustain combustion). Protection from parasites (prevents origination of fungi, mildew, etc.) Weather proofing (used at t° from -60°С to +260°С, resistant to atmospheric precipitation, temperature drops, and UV exposure).
