2. “ECA Courses” is the summary of your ECA point for that particular subject, you can only take 1 ECA subject every academic year, and have to complete the pre-requisite ECA subject before proceed to next ECA subject, e.g., complete ECA 100 before taking ECA 200

MyECA portal is a summary of all the events and clubs which carry ECA point that you have participated in.

3. The deadline of ECA point accumulation is determined based on the semester you took the ECA subject, if you took you ECA subject on January 2015, your deadline is approximately 11 months later, which is November 2015, exact deadline will be published through student
Total points is the sum of membership points and event participations points, always make sure you have 40 or more point at this column before the ECA point accumulation deadline
MyECA portal is a summary of all the events and clubs which carry ECA point that you have participated in.

1. Enroll subject on the 1st semester of every academic year
2. Submit event report/ membership request through MyECA portal
3. Check event report status 28 days after submission, resubmit if necessary
4. Ensure that you have accumulated 40 points before the ECA point accumulation deadline
5. To complete all necessary ECA subject required for the study in UCSI University
