8 Phase 1 approval Strict follow-up of deliveries
Formal approval will be sent through “International co-operation” units (ESTAT, NSI) All PHARE 2001 projects are kept together Send invoice after you receive formal acceptance

9 Phase 2 Grant under PHARE 2002 All 10 PHARE countries accepted
Contract has to be signed! But work can start before 12 month work period You will be informed of the exact official starting date
