Help facilitate all practices to get signed up for NHS.net to improve two-way communication with secondary care. Help with IG compliance. Present audited data from Private MECS to strengthen the case with the CCG for a Leeds MECS Continue to attend LEHN and keep in touch with plans of STP Work with LOCSU and PEC north to commission services Participate in facilitating Telemedicine Continue to offer CET Plans for 2018/2019

How patients were accommodated 105 patients seen by 12 practices over 6/52 92.4% of patients presenting with symptoms were seen in practice The top 3 symptoms were: Flashes and floaters, Red eye, ocular pain. Leeds MECS audit 2018
