How can the city use these insights to provide efficient, trending and targeted improvements that satisfy the community?

System is very simple to use by anyone allowing the greatest community feedback
Can be implemented worldwide in any city
Uses the latest advanced algorithms in data science that pave the way for the future
Preventative measures to void duplicated entries
Data collected will be used to create additional clean open datasets to be used by the city or the community along with visualization
Rapid, automated, accurate, scalable and actionable results

4. System Overview
The community uses a web page, mobile app or a public kiosk to fill a simple text box.
Advanced analytics is performed using NLP, clustering, semantic analysis, machine learning. Algorithms will automate this task.
The city is given detailed statistics, trends, tables, clean datasets and various plots. Various results of this open data will be shown to the community as well.
