2 Campus Graphics Has Three Price Lists for 3 Different Customer Types
Institutional – college accounts, general fund and categorical departments and programs, trusts, ASBG, etc. Follett- bookstore, coursepack printing Retail- insourcing

3 Customer Types Have Various Chargeback Methods
Institutional – Monthly report for GF and Categoricals, invoice from PO’s for trusts, ASBG Follett- Invoice to Follett via Retail- Invoice to customers by , mail and by hand

5 Each Customer Type has Unique Billing Attributes
Institutional – materials only, no markup no labor charged Follett- cost plus at a contracted rate lower than retail pricing Retail- cost plus, BHR’s that cover all resources and labor charges

6 Each Price List has: Stock Markup- 0 for institutional, 30% for retail
Bindery Markup- Materials only for institutional, set up and minimum fees for retail Click charges- cost for institutional, cost plus for retail Volume discounts- 0 for institutional, up to 20% for retail Finish pricing- 0 for institutional, price per and set up fees for retail
