It is implied you will pay a reasonable price for an item – you cannot expect to receive it for nothing All of the Acts (e.g. Sales of Goods Act, Consumer Protection Act)

7 Obligations of the buyer
For the customer they must: Pay the agreed price Take delivery of the item Gain any necessary licences or permissions (e.g. buying firearms requires you to have a licence for the product)

8 Obligations of the seller of goods
The business or seller of the item must: Pack and deliver the goods safely Deliver the correct products Charge the agreed price

9 Obligations of the provider of services
The seller of services (e.g. hairdressing) must: Provide what they say they are going to Start and finish work on time Use reasonable care and skill Use suitable materials

10 Your Task Create a poster that explains:
The stages of a contract (offer, acceptance, consideration, express and implied terms and obligations) Definition of express and implied terms with examples Explain the obligations to the buyer, seller (of goods and services)
