2 Daily Read Requirement applies:
Classification/SPA Classified as a DM Supply Meter Point where the Supply Meter Point is Daily Read and: Daily Read Requirement applies: SP AQ >58.6m kWh (each MP AQ >2.196m kWh), or SP is interruptible (SP AQ >5.86m kWh), or SP is an NTS Supply Point Or elected as DM Available where SP AQ >73,200 kWh

3 Metering/DRE User responsibility for provision of:
the Supply Meter Installation: the meter and associated equipment, associated pipework, regulator filters, valves, seals, mountings and convertor where installed permission and access for Transporter to install Daily Read Equipment Transporter responsibility for provision of : the Daily Read Equipment a device for capturing the meter reading from the meter/convertor, and the means of transmitting the information to the Transporter Transporter levies charges to User in respect of DRE and DM Meter Reading

4 Meter Reading Transporter obligation to obtain reading at start and end of each day (0600 and 0559). Transporter obligation to validate in accordance with the Network Code Validation Rules. Transporter obligation to provide at least 97.5% of each User’s DM readings to the User by 1100 D+1 Liabilities payable for under performance (£30 per day for first four days / £75 per day thereafter) subject to overall cap (Compensation Group A) Readings can be used to calculate volume up to D+5 calendar days (Exit Close Out Date) If no read available at D+5, volume equivalent to D-7 will be applied.
