4. The “thing” or “issue” that you’ve been struggling with:
You keep trying harder
Even trying new tactics
You ask others to help you with it

5. Ask yourself: Does it bring you love, joy, and peace? -or-
Does it cause fear, confusion, doubt, self-hatred, anxiety?

6. The ultimate, vulnerable 1st step:
1 John 1:9 (NIV) 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

7. Escape the pattern of Gen 3
Hiding

Blaming

Justifying (defending)
