Having a staff or Assistant District Administrators is key to the success of any District Administrator. Having a staff allows you to delegate tasks and be a more effective District Administrator.

You can’t be at all places at one time
Leagues like to have district staff present for “big” games
Tournament time spans across multiple locations for multiple divisions
You are a volunteer
Having a staff will allow you to operate an active District that allows you to interact with local leagues within your district.
