Mobile Laboratory Resources
Augmentation will first act as a surge capacity (if necessary) to supplement the response and move it out of the emergency phase. As the event transitions to the Characterization phase, field analytical capability and capacity will be enhanced by the arrival and integration of the mobile laboratories.
