1 Boxplots representing the seven protein profiles significantly differing between muscular dystrophy patients and control groupsEach boxplot represents the MFI values for CA3 (targeted by two different antibodies), MDH2, MYL3, ETFA, ETFB, TNNT3, and CK in plasma and/or serum of muscular dystrophy patients and control groups. Boxplots representing the seven protein profiles significantly differing between muscular dystrophy patients and control groupsEach boxplot represents the MFI values for CA3 (targeted by two different antibodies), MDH2, MYL3, ETFA, ETFB, TNNT3, and CK in plasma and/or serum of muscular dystrophy patients and control groups. Green and yellow boxes in different cohorts illustrate DMD and BMD patients, respectively, whereas the red boxes illustrate healthy controls and blue boxes the female carriers of DMD/BMD. For each sample group, the box‐and‐whisker plot represents MFI values within lower and upper quantile (box), the median (horizontal line within box), percentiles of 5 and 95% (whiskers) and outliers (dots).
