4 Procard Approvals requests should be sent to the buyer of record. Fiscal Year Approvals, “blanket approvals” - Buyers will evaluate and consider annual approvals for frequently purchased items or retailers. Justification must be included in request

Cardholders shall be setup with a default single transaction limit of $5,000 and a monthly transaction limit of $10,000, which includes the merchandise, tax, and shipping/handling
