3 Revenue Reductions-Past 12 months
June % cut, no longer reimbursed us for case management services that we still need to provide which was approximately $30,000 per month Feb 2011 – cut 2% which is approximately $8,000 per month for a provider our size

4 Proposed Cuts State Deficient is $19-27 billion for FY Currently, 1 billion budget gap for HCS - which would require additional cuts of 25% to 34% Proposed Possible Reductions: SHL service cuts from $30.46 to $ All of the reduction on the provider side. Reduction in Residential rates of $15/day Foster Care- Switch Services to SHL Unpublished cuts –Services being Capped, LON Increases Denied No new slots as of Feb 2011, waiting list is estimated to be years except emergency slots.

5 Why should YOU care? These cuts symbolize the misunderstanding at the Capitol on the value of your loved one being in the community, near their family and in settings that they are most familiar. It will make state schools the only option for some families. Less choices of providers and no choice of providers for some areas. ¼-1/2 of all providers have said they will be out of business if any further cuts are taken. Quality of Care will be affected. Mention the quotes by legislatures
