Ex: Comerica Park is located at

Relative: Defined by
the things around you
Ex: Comerica Park is located west of Ford Field

5. 2. Place: what is it like when you get there
Physical Characteristics: Things that are naturally there. (Ex: Mountains, rivers,beaches)
Human Characteristics: Things created by humans (ex: man made structures, population)

Ex: Food, religion, trade

Ex: Pollution, planting trees,
