3 Figure 2 Survival curve of 149 patients with follicular lymphomas. Patients were divided into three groups according to the site of their BCL2 breakpoints. Minor breakpoints consisted of mcr, icr, 3′ BCL2, and 5′ mcr, as well as PCR-negative cases that tested positive with FISH for IGH/BCL2 fusion. Negative breakpoint group consisted of cases that tested negative by both PCR and FISH methods. The overall survival in three groups was comparable.
