Disinfection to the Pond before stocking is a must.

7. FARMING CLUSTERS
Each sub Zone Farmers should be divided in to Clusters, depending on the Culture System and Management Style.
There will be one Cluster Leader for Each Clusters.

8. STOCKING PROGRAM – OPEN SYSTEM
Open System Farmers should ONLY be allowed to stock within the favorable period (Green Zone of Six Months). The Stocking Period can be maximum THREE Months out the SIX Months in the particular sub zone – Each Cluster is allowed only ONE Month out of above three months for stocking.

9. STOCKING PROGRAM – RISK PERIOD
Semi Closed System Farmers can be allowed to Stock during the Risk Period of Three Months (Yellow Zone) in addition to the Favorable Period (Green Zone). The Maximum Stocking Period During the Risk Period is TWO Months out of THREE Months for that particular Sub Zone. Each Cluster is allowed only 20 Days, out of above Two months for stocking.

10. STOCKING PROGRAM – CLOSED SYSYTEM
CLOSED SYSTEM FARMERS ARE ALLOWED TO STOCK AT ANY TIME EXCEPT HIGH RISK PERIOD (RED ZONE) The Stocking Period includes the favorable Period of SIX Months and Risk period of Three Months – Total Stocking Period NINE Months.

11. STOCKING PROGRAM – HIGH RISK PERIOD
NO FARMERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO STOCK DURING THE HIGH RISK PERIOD OF THREE MONTHS (RED ZONE)
(Periods shown as Favourable, Risk and High Risk periods in the above chart can be adjusted + or – 15 days depending on the Climatic and Environmental Variations in that particular sub zone)

12. STOCKING PROGRAM – BMP’S
By any Chance if the Open System Farmers FAIL to Stock during the Favorable Period they will not be allowed to during Risk and Highly Risk Periods.
Same way Semi Closed System Farmers also will not be allowed to stock during the High Risk Period if they Fail to Stock during the Risk Period.
