1. Adjectives
Adjectives must match the case, number, and gender of the nouns they modify.

2. multas villas, multos agros, multas arbores vident.
They see many houses, many fields, many trees.

3. 3rd declension adjectives have 3rd declension endings.
As with the 1st and 2nd declension adjectives previously learned, they must agree with the nouns they describe in case, number, and gender.
Breve tempore, raeda immobilis, feminae fortes

4. Stat immobilis Marcus
Marcus stands motionless.
Immobilis is an adjective modifying Marcus and is therefore nominative, masculine, and singular to agree with the subject of stat.
