2 Project Description Cloaks you making you almost completely invisible especially from a distance and in low light conditions. Useful for military special forces. Allows them to move behind enemy lines undetected. Can also be used to cloak large areas such as entire squads or camps.

3 Recommendations Should be put into production for military use immediately.

4 Market Justification This suit will save thousands of lives. Will make soldiers job much easier. the guaranteed market is the military. We will reach 100% the first year.

5 Resource Projection All technology is researched, developed, and tested. Only need the funding to start mass production.
