Emotional Managing our emotions to feel balanced and remain self-regulation in a positive state of mind. Social Being able to pick up and respond to social cues - self-regulation body language, hidden meanings, tone of voice.

4 Routines Specific rituals or daily habits that we need to follow as a way of maintaining a good level of self-regulation. Interests Activities, research, hobbies with many purposes that can also act as a form of self-regulation.

5 Obsessions An interest that we become fascinated by.
