SHORT TERM GOALS FOR TRAILWAYS Get every company on board Need interest and participation from key personnel Create a safety committee Six skilled practitioners to take on various tasks Develop / enhance the safety guidelines Research and development Measure available performance indicators ALL Crashes (all aspects) Customer Complaints State roadside/terminal information Vehicles’ defects Drivers’ Violations Drivers’ defects It’s as easy as crossing the street!
