2 Jericho Joshua 2:1 (NLT) 2 Then Joshua secretly sent out two spies from the Israelite camp at Acacia Grove. He instructed them, “Scout out the land on the other side of the Jordan River, especially around Jericho.” So, the two men set out and came to the house of a prostitute named Rahab and stayed there that night.

Doubled walled. Well supplied for an extended seize. They also had heard about the Israelites and their God.

8 Before the spies lay down for the night, she went up on the roof 9 and said to them, “I know that the Lord has given you this land and that a great fear of you has fallen on us, so that all who live in this country are melting in fear because of you.

7 Jericho Joshua 6:2 (NIV) 2 Then the Lord said to Joshua, “See, I have delivered Jericho into your hands, along with its king and its fighting men.

8 Jericho Jericho: Be taken over. Utterly destroyed.

9 Jericho Quietly walk around the city of Jericho seven days.
Israel: Quietly walk around the city of Jericho seven days. When the signal (the blowing of the horn) is given shout.

10 Jericho God: Fight the battle.

11 Jericho Joshua 6:20 (NIV) 20 When the trumpets sounded, the army shouted, and at the sound of the trumpet, when the men gave a loud shout, the wall collapsed; so, everyone charged straight in, and they took the city.
