1 Class A Dress Uniform Measurements The following information should help assist you in taking your measurement to insure a quality fit for yourself and all members in your department.

2 The following information is needed for Mens Uniforms: Height Height Weight Weight Years of service Years of service Cap size Cap size Suit size Suit size –Jacket inner sleeve Shirt collar (neck measurement) Shirt collar (neck measurement) –sleeve length Trouser waist Trouser waist – trouser inseam Shoe size Shoe size –width i.e (D,E,2E,3E)

3 The following is the information needed for Womens Uniforms: Height Height Weight Weight Years of service Years of service Cap size Cap size Jacket size Jacket size –bust measurement –waist measurement –hip measurement –jacket inner sleeve Shirt neck Shirt neck –sleeve length Trouser waist Trouser waist –trouser inseam Shoe size Shoe size –width i.e. (D,E,2E,3E)

4 Cap Size Measure around the crown of your head in INCHES. Take this number and divide it by PI (~3.14159265). The number you get is your cap size. Pick which number it is closest to in the following list. Make sure to pick the next closest size LARGER than it. 6 7/8 (21-5/8 inches) 7 (22 inches) 7 1/8 (22-3/8 inches) 7 ¼ (22-3/4 inches) 7 3/8 (23-1/8 inches) 7 1/2 (23-1/2 inches) 7 5/8 (23-7/8 inches) 7 ¾ (24 inches) 7 7/8 (24 plus inches) 8
