Group 1 As a coach you are a change agent in your school/district providing focused, ongoing, and personalized professional development. A coach functions in a collaborative and non- evaluative role to help teachers focus on creating learner centered environments.

Group 2 Effective coaches are non-evaluative partners who help teachers make the dots appear closer together, in order to connect them. Through objective feedback and conversations, coaches and teachers can increase the transfer of information to students, making learning more efficient.

Group 3 Coaching is a balancing act that facilitates change; a supportive partnership that focuses on refining teaching in a non-evaluative way while serving as a connector between quality PD, best practices, and each other.

Group 5 Instructional coaches create a shift toward teacher ownership while meeting their needs, creating an environment of trust and balance, and protecting their blind spot. Learning is the heart of an instructional coach.

Group 6 Coaching is a personalized and supportive process to develop and promote effective instructional change through active listening, continuous feedback, and outside perspective.

Group 7 Coaches recognize the need for change and passionately encourage teachers through goal-oriented dialogue to personalize and individualize according to the teachers’ needs.

Group Gr8 Coaches foster trusting, non-evaluative relationships with their peers. They provide on- going advocacy for teachers and learners as they pursue professional and academic goals.

Group 9 We will actively listen to celebrate and connect learning and engage to individualize partnerships, while progress monitoring for continuous improvement.
