In December 2012, the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC and German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology awarded the title of “Cooperation Base of Sino-German Enterprises” to Tiexi District jointly.
On December 17, 2015, the State Council of the PRC issued Approval of the Development Plan of China-Germany Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park in Shenyang, which means giving the written approval of the Development Plan of China-Germany Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park in Shenyang.
