Cases and deaths of TB in Cambodia still increasing
DOTS Accessibility:
: only at hospital level
now : DOTS expansion to health centers
( DOTS coverage at HC :85% in 2003)
Impact of HIV/AIDS
- HIV prevalence in adult 2.6 %
HIV among TB patients still on increasing trend from 2.5 % in 1995 to 12% in 2003
Proportion Sm- and extrapul TB very small
